Organization Admin create data room

If you are Orgnaization Admin in DocuRoom, you are able to create Data Room.

Invite the users to join the data room

Your account will be default co-owner of the created Data Room. Then you can invite more users to join this Data Room.

After clicking SEND INVITATION, the system will send a email notification to specified email address.

If user does not receive the email, please check the spam list or ask email provider to add docuroom.com as trusted email domain.

Register user

Click the link and follow the instruction to register the user.

Click CREATE ACCOUNT. After then, you can enable OTP or login through Office365 if your email can be authorized by Microsoft Office365.

Confirm DNA to complete the process.

How to enable One Time Password for your account ?

One Time password (OTP) can be used to protect your account.

Click Profile to edit your account information.

Enable Two-Factor Authentication

Download 2FA app like Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator, FreeOTP to scan the QRCode. You can get a 6 random code and input them into the text box to verify the 2FA App.
